STRENGTH TRAINING

The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. You reduce the risk of injury by performing more strength training.  It improves better body mechanics, controls your body fat, and increases bone density.

FUNCTIONAL MOBILITY

THIS IS SO IMPORTANT. I believe every single trainer should be practicing functional mobility on ALL clients, yes even Power Lifters. Functional fitness is for every day movements and activities. You need to build and strengthen your muscles in the same way you use them for certain day to day tasks.

HIIT

Known as; High Intensity Interval Training. This is a type of anaerobic exercise with minimal rest time periods. Benefits include; burning body fat while adding lean muscle, increases metabolism, quick but highly effective, and can be done in a short period of time! One thing for sure is that you'll never do the same HIIT workout with me twice. They are always challenging and creative!

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

I help athletes achieve their peak performance. I help them build muscular strength, power and cardio endurance. I also add in functional mobility to reduce their risk of possible injury.
